Mark Bouck has served as the President and CEO of TrialCard since 2013. Under Mark\'s leadership TrialCard has diversified its suite of offerings by expanding into the Hub services space, growing its customer experience center to support full-service healthcare interactions from patient support to tele-detailing and tele-promotion, and established an industry-leading business intelligence platform that provides pharmaceutical sales and marketing leaders with detailed data and analytics products to drive business decisions.

Prior to assuming his current position Mark served as TrialCard\'s Executive Vice President of Business Development, responsible for identifying new opportunities and positioning the organization for growth into new verticals. Mark has also held roles as the Chief Operating Officer of the Goyak Group and Divisional and Regional Vice President positions with TEK Systems throughout a successful business career spanning over 20 years.

Mark holds a B.S. in Business Management and Administration from the University of Mary Washington. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and their three children and has been a youth baseball, basketball, and soccer coach for over 10 years.

Joe Abdalla leads the strategic, business development, and client services efforts for TrialCard\'s Market Access Solutions suite of services. Joe\'s passion for market access comes from his vast experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, where he has held a variety of sales, marketing and executive leadership positions with concentrated focus on commercial, P&L management, M&A activities, and overall general management. During his distinguished career Joe has held executive management roles with United BioSource Corporation (UBC), HealthStar Communications, and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), and his background as a licensed healthcare professional.

A registered pharmacist and member of the UNC School of Pharmacy Board of Visitors, Joe holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Campbell University. In his free moments, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Sonya, and their three boys.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Michele is responsible for building and maintaining a best in class compliance program. Joining TrialCard in 2015, Michele brings over 15 years of legal experience in the healthcare industry to TrialCard, having previously held roles as Director of Compliance with LipoScience, Senior Corporate Counsel and North American Privacy Officer for Quintiles, and Senior Corporate Counsel and Privacy Officer with Allscripts.

Atchison is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for US Laws and holds undergraduate degrees in Business Management and History from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and a law degree from the University of Memphis.

A North Carolina native, Michele currently resides in Clayton with her husband, Alex, and two very busy children. When she is not attending one of her children\'s various activities, she can usually be found on the tennis court.

Mark Bogovich is a proven executive with over twenty five years of strategic execution in finance in the healthcare services industry. He has experience in public and private equity environments, including significant experience in successful acquisition execution and integration, restructuring programs and management of high-level projects.

Mark currently is the Chief Financial Officer for TrialCard, a technology enabled pharmaceutical solutions provider. Prior to joining TrialCard in 2015, he held Chief Financial Officer positions at PhyMed Healthcare Group, a physician-led and owned leader of anesthesia and pain management services in three states, and ATI Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy clinics within five states.

In addition, Mark has also held various senior level finance and accounting roles at both publicly traded and private companies, including RehabCare Group, Inc., Miller Orthopedic Clinic, Inc. and Horizon / CMS Healthcare Corporation. Mark received his B.S.B.A. in accounting from Shippensburg University.

Stan Kurpiel joined our TrialCard team in April of 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of TrialCard\'s technical landscape, including IT Operations, Application Development and Support, Business Intelligence, Database Management, and the Project Management Office.

Stan has demonstrated a career-long commitment to nurturing talent and strives to build teams that work seamlessly with the business. He brings over 25 years of experience in leading diverse, global IT teams along with wide business acumen across various businesses. Included in his experience are many successful implementations of Global ERP solutions along with deep experience in M&As in relation to IT and Business Integration.

Prior to joining TrialCard, Stan was Vice President/CIO for Pergo LLC for 14 years and also held a number of Senior IT executive-level positions within the IT consulting, Manufacturing, and Medical Distribution industries.

Stan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration of Business Computers from Clarion University in Pennsylvania.

A resident of Wake Forest, Stan is fully involved in the lives of his three grown children. When not building teams and systems, Stan extends his building expertise to projects outside the office. After Hurricane Sandy, Stan rebuilt and restored his home on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He reconstructed it as a dedicated retreat where friends and family can gather for rest and relaxation!

John Boney has executive responsibility for TrialCard\'s Shared Operations to include our Patient Experience Center, Trade Operations, Claims Processing, Production and Fulfillment Center as well as all Human Resources to include, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. John came to TrialCard in 2015 after more than 20 years with Allegis Group, where he held leadership positions in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Strategy Development, and Change Management. John\'s primary areas of focus are driving efficiencies across the wide range of functional areas employed in the operation of TrialCard\'s shared operations, while working in conjunction with department leaders to determine the proper support need from our Human Resources team including candidate profiles and developing talent acquisition strategies that will further position TrialCard as an employer of choice for top-performers.

John is a graduate of Loyola University of Maryland, where he was a four-year scholarship basketball player. He and his wife Cathy live in North Raleigh and three teenage children. John is a board member of the Wake County Basketball association and has been a youth basketball coach for over 10 years.

Mark leads TrialCard\'s Patient Affordability and Virtual Engagement Business Units. He is responsible for the P & L management of the two divisions including client services, marketing, account strategy, and business development. Prior to joining TrialCard, Mark spent the last 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry where he held a number of leadership positions responsible for Marketing, Training & Development, and Sales Leadership. Mark brings to the organization strong leadership in building and developing high performing teams. Mark\'s passion and personal pharmaceutical industry experience drives his insight into the needs of TrialCard clients and the value of TrialCard solutions.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in General Studies and a minor in Political Science from East Tennessee State University.

Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Emily and their two children. Outside of the office, Mark enjoys playing golf and is an avid college football fan. He also coaches his sons travel baseball team and enjoys watching his daughter compete in competitive dancing.

Aimee currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at TrialCard. Aimee joined TrialCard in 2008 as the company\'s first HR Generalist when she took on the responsibility of creating the role and function of the HR department. Over the last six years, Aimee\'s list of accomplishments include supporting the growth of the company from 70 to 243 employees, developing a company-wide employee review process, implementing a new incentive program, and managing and administering all aspects of the company benefits program, to name only a few.

Prior to joining TrialCard, Aimee served as HR Assistant and HR Generalist during her 9 years at Charles and Colvard, Ltd.

Aimee has a degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Aimee and her husband, Brian, have been married for 15 years and have 3 sons. Together, Aimee and her family are active supporters of local animal rescue foundations. In her spare time, she is an avid runner.

Bob Hastings leads TrialCard corporate marketing and strategic planning. In addition, his experience across marketing, sales, managed care, and sales training throughout a 28-year career with Allergan and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) provides clear understanding of the pharmaceutical customer.

Bob holds a B.S. in Economics from North Carolina State University. He is an avid bicyclist and participant in water sports. When not biking, he enjoys spending time on the water with his family.

Tim has executive responsibility for the overall management of TrialCard\'s strategic accounts. His departments manages all aspects of client services, business development, and operation for TrialCard\'s largest and most complex accounts. Tim has been with TrialCard for seven years in both sales and client services leadership capacities.

Tim joined TrialCard in August of 2010 after spending nearly 20 years in the business intelligence, data analytics, and data management technology industry. He held business development positions a leading technology companies including Informatica and SAS.

Tim received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri and is working toward completion of his MBA from North Carolina State University. He and his wife Kendall live in Cary with their two daughters. In addition to his passion for family and the work TrialCard does for their customers, Tim is an avid trail runner and mountain biker.

Scott leads new product development and innovation across all of TrialCard\'s product and service lines. He and his team are responsible for TrialCard\'s new product roadmap and work cross-functionally with commercial, technology, and marketing resources to manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Before joining TrialCard in 2015, Scott worked for Taiho Oncology as Director of Market Access Programs and Professional Relations. There, he led the strategic design and implementation of a limited specialty pharmacy network and patient support program for an oral oncology product. Scott has also held senior leadership positions in operations, product development, IT, and business development with United BioSource Corporation (UBC), an Express Scripts company, and AccessMED, a McKesson Specialty and U.S. Oncology company. While at UBC and AccessMED Scott developed and managed several innovative, highly visible patient support programs for specialty drugs spanning a variety of therapeutic areas to include oncology/ hematology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, immunology, nephrology, neurology, pulmonology, endocrinology, transplant, radiopharmaceuticals, and mental health.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of Kansas. He enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife Lisa and their two kids.

"Bart" Bartelloni has been with TrialCard since 2014 and brings 15 years of experience in business development and strategy across numerous business markets. In his current role, he leads TrialCard\'s West Coast business development efforts and provides digital health expertise to future TrialCard products and services. Prior to TrialCard, Bart successfully helped build and sell the intellectual property for a software company and spent several years as a C-Level strategist focusing on the technology market. Before his career as a businessman, Bart spent 11 years as a TOPGUN-qualified F-14 Naval Aviator.

Bart graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD with a degree in Mathematics. When not working to make TrialCard a better solutions provider, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kathy and their 4 children and also charting everything within the financial markets as a Chartered Market Technician.

Most of his career was spent with Salix Pharmaceuticals, including the first year under Valeant\'s ownership. Mike enjoyed launching nearly 20 brands from a variety of leadership roles. Those experiences drive his insight into clients\' needs and the value of TrialCard\'s solutions.

Michael Carlin joined TrialCard in 2015 after a 22-year career with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) where he advanced through the organizations through various sales leadership and product management roles. Michael\'s bio-pharmaceutical marketing experience has included developing and executing strategic programs to drive brand awareness, expand patient access, and increase market share of products. Michael brings specific expertise in HCP Engagement, Product Awareness, Patient Lead Generation programs. His responsibilities include defining the strategic direction for TrialCard\'s Virtual Engagement business which executes a growing tele-promotion, tele-detailing, and patient lead generation solutions.

Paul Levine is an experienced market researcher, accomplished writer, and recognized industry expert who brings decades of analytic expertise to TrialCard. Paul came to TrialCard in 2013 and established the company\'s Analytics group; since then his team and their capabilities have grown tremendously in response to clients\' appetite for data and the powerful information it provides. Prior to TrialCard, Paul headed the Analytics group for InfoMedics (now a part of Physicians Interactive Group), where he built their practice and focused on creating analytic solutions designed to maximize return on investment for pharmaceutical marketing tactics. In addition to his work in the pharmaceutical space, Paul\'s 25 years of healthcare experience also includes the managed care and government sectors. Paul. A dynamic speaker, Paul frequently presents at pharmaceutical summits and conferences on topics including technology, communications, and analytics.

Paul holds a Master\'s Degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor\'s Degree in English and Psychology from Oberlin College. Paul enjoys spending his free time with his wife and daughter. Outside the office, he can be found watching football - meaning European football, or soccer to many. Burke has more than 24 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 14 years in sales and business development with TrialCard where he has held roles as VP of New Product Development, Director of Strategic Accounts, and Sales Executive before being chosen to oversee strategy and business development for our patient affordability channel. Burke prides himself on fostering talent and building upon people\'s strengths, while developing teams to achieve organizational revenue goals. Burke\'s passion for TrialCard sales shines through with his ongoing formulation of new business strategies and product development. Burke\'s true talent is engaging with clients to address real life business challenges that require complex solutions. Prior to Trialcard, Burke worked in several other sales roles focused on the high tech and broadband industries.

Burke graduated from North Carolina State University with a Business degree focused on Marketing. In the winter, Burke can be found snowboarding in the mountains of West Virginia. In the summer, he spends his spare time at the Outer Banks, NC, and no matter the time of year, Burke can always be found in the kitchen or grilling with family and friends.

Dick Domann joined TrialCard in February of 2013 following a 33-year career in the pharmaceutical industry and provides executive leadership and direction for the company\'s suite of Pharmacy Services. In 1980, Dick began his career as a sales representative with McNeil Pharmaceuticals and then moved to GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in 1983. At GSK Dick held leadership roles in sales, marketing, state and federal government affairs, channel management sales and strategy and corporate operations. After GSK Dick moved on to Kerr Drug in North Carolina where he focused on the growth of their specialty pharmacy business and long term care pharmacy operations. Dick has consulted with numerous companies in the pharmaceutical industry in areas ranging from large pharma sales and marketing, channel management services, and retail pharmacy distribution.

Dick holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a B.S. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
