James Allocco joined TrialCard in August 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience as a healthcare technology executive with repeated success in leading and transforming technology organizations. James is responsible for all aspects of TrialCard’s technical landscape including Product Solutions, Dev/Ops, Analytics, Reporting, Quality Assurance, and Cyber Security.

Prior to joining TrialCard, James was Executive Vice President and CTO at PRA Health Sciences in Raleigh, North Carolina. There he was responsible for the global transformation and integration of all technology for the core Clinical Research business and subsidiaries including Symphony Health.

Prior to his time at PRA, James served as Senior Vice President and CTO at Cedar Gate Technologies, where he was responsible for the creation and management of SaaS claims processing and analytics platforms, and Vice President of Technology at Evernorth, a Cigna company.

James holds an M.S. in Telecommunications and Computing Management from New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering.
