Jonathan serves as Chief Operating Officer, where he leads all related aspects of TrialCard’s patient support services operations. Jonathan has been with TrialCard since 2010 and has held leadership roles in both program management and operations.

As a program manager, Jonathan gained experience in the specialty drug and buy and bill area, managing multiple programs for top clients. Jonathan’s subsequent roles saw him lead the development of several service offerings spanning a variety of therapeutic areas including rheumatology, neurology, immunology, dermatology, oncology, and mental health, as well as building the operations to support the company’s expansion into the Market Access business segment.

Prior to joining TrialCard, Jonathan served 7 years on active duty as a Field Artillery officer in the United States Army. In his current role, Jonathan utilizes his industry knowledge, process orientation, and experience at leading cross-functional teams to help develop and operationalize best-in-class patient support programs for TrialCard’s biopharmaceutical clients.

Jonathan holds a BS in Economics with an engineering focus in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.
