Scott Dulitz is TrialCard’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for all facets of the business.  In his previous role as President and Chief Strategy Officer for TrialCard, Scott led corporate development and strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, IT, and legal/compliance. Since joining TrialCard in 2015, Scott has helped the company emerge as a full-service life sciences commercialization partner through a combination of transformational organic growth and purposeful inorganic expansion (e.g. seven acquisitions since 2018).

Before joining TrialCard in 2015, Scott worked for Taiho Oncology, where he led several market access functions including the strategic design and implementation of a limited specialty pharmacy network and patient support program for an oral oncology product. Scott has also held general manager and senior leadership positions in operations, strategy and product development, IT, and enterprise sales with United BioSource Corporation (UBC), an Express Scripts company, and AccessMED, a McKesson Specialty and U.S. Oncology company.

While at UBC and AccessMED, Scott designed and managed several innovative, highly utilized patient support programs for specialty drugs, spanning a variety of therapeutic areas to include oncology/hematology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, immunology, nephrology, neurology, pulmonology, endocrinology, transplant, radiopharmaceuticals, and mental health.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Information Systems degree from Iowa State University and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of Kansas. He and his wife, Lisa, and their two children reside in Shawnee, KS. In his spare time, Scott enjoys exercising and boating at the Lake of the Ozarks.
