TrialCard Customer Experience Center Named to CUSTOMER Magazine Top 50 List

​CARY, NC – May 14, 2015 – Healthcare solutions provider TrialCard has been honored by TMC, a global, integrated media company, by being named to the 2015 CUSTOMER Magazine Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking. The award continues a recent string of accolades for the TrialCard center, as it was named a Top 10 call center by BenchmarkPortal for the second consecutive year earlier in the month.

This year’s CUSTOMER Top 50 list is the 30th annual publication of the ranking which recognizes top domestic and international inbound and outbound teleservices agencies as well as interactive inbound centers. Agencies on the 2015 list are acknowledged for being the largest in the industry as measured by the amount of billable teleservices minutes completed from November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014.
