MORRISVILLE, NC—TrialCard Incorporated, a leader in patient and provider access, adherence, and engagement solutions, today formally introduced TC Script, its new non-commercial dispensing pharmacy. The addition of TC Script will allow TrialCard to administer traditional patient assistance programs (PAPs) on behalf of pharmaceutical manufacturers.
“The introduction of TC Script enables us to once more expand our service offerings to our pharmaceutical clientele,” said Mark Bouck, President and CEO of TrialCard. “Assisting indigent patients with access to therapy is extremely important to TrialCard and is a vital component of a successful brand strategy for many pharmaceutical products.”
TC Script’s capabilities will include Quick Start Programs, which provide a limited free supply of drugs for a patient initiating therapy, and Bridge Programs, provided as a courtesy to help patients remain adherent to therapy while any outstanding insurance coverage issues are resolved.
“TC Script will utilize a rigorous front-end qualification process for patients in need,” commented TrialCard CFO John Donofrio. “On the back end, our pharmaceutical clients will receive detailed reports that support these programs while ensuring accurate inventory levels and dispensing metrics.”
