Over the past few weeks, all of us have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. As we continue to adjust to these changing times, I wanted to update you on steps that TrialCard has taken to expand our business continuity plan. Our immediate goals are to (1) ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, (2) implement preventative measures to reduce the risk of exposure, and (3) continue to support our pharmaceutical manufacturers and their patients.

We have taken aggressive steps to reduce the number of office-based employees in order to minimize risk and protect the health and safety of our team members. By Friday, March 27, the implementation of our multi-level business continuity plan will be 100% complete. This was a massive endeavor, but a necessary step to properly isolate team members and ensure that social distancing guidelines were being followed. Many individuals on our Operations team have been relocated to different facilities within the Morrisville area, while most of our employees work from home. It is important to note that all our teams, including our reimbursement case managers, are fully operational working remotely, using encrypted, TrialCard-owned equipment that is continuously monitored.

Data security and protecting patient and prescriber data is of the utmost importance to us. As you may remember, TrialCard is one of the only pharmaceutical solutions providers that has achieved the coveted ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the gold standard in data security and management. In addition, all our employees undergo periodic training on proper data security measures.

I have no doubt that TrialCard will emerge from this situation stronger than ever. We have already seen tremendous collaboration across the entire organization. Our company is composed of amazing people who will go to extraordinary lengths to succeed. We will continue to provide world-class service, products, and solutions to our pharmaceutical clients and their patients—whether we are in the office or working from home.
